DESCRIPTION:Hike to fight cancer at the 2nd annual Northwest Cancer Climb on March 30\, 2019\, at Oyster Dome. The Northwest Cancer Climb is a recurring hiking fundraiser benefiting the Binaytara Foundation\, a cancer health nonprofit based in Bellingham. Funds raised at the event benefit its local cancer advocacy programs and the Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center in southeast Nepal. Participants who reach the summit are entered to win prizes\, including hotel stays\, Mariners tickets\, and even a vacation to Zion National Park in Utah! The hike starts from the Samish Overlook and is approximately 5.3 miles roundtrip. Overflow parking is available along with a shuttle service. Snacks\, water and t-shirts are provided.
