Creating Community Partnerships
You can create more powerful and effective results in your community by partnering with individuals, businesses, and organizations. In this Power Hour we’ll explore selecting partners, creating plans and agreements, executing your plans, and measuring results. Chuck Robinson and his wife Dee were co-owners of Village Books and Paper Dreams in Fairhaven for nearly four decades. They opened a store in Lynden in 2015 and sold their entire business to three employees in 2017. Over the years Village Books and Paper Dreams, whose mantra has been “building community, one book at at time,” has built partnerships with numerous people, companies, and organizations. In this Power Hour we’ll explore selecting partners, creating plans and agreements, executing your plans, and measuring results.
Power Hours are a bi-monthly forum of educational information we think would be a 'powerful' resource for our members. Power Hour is sponsored by Whatcom Community College Continuing Education Center & The Woods Coffee.
