CrossFit X is forged from the belief that health, nutrition and fitness are lifelong ventures. When we feel better, we perform better in our daily lives, no matter where we’re at (work, home) and no matter what’s thrown at us (last minute project, upset kids).
CrossFit X presents an opportunity for anyone to reach outside your comfort zone, to make a series of small improvements through your own efforts. To be taught and guided by expert coaches, all with support of a community of amazing and like-minded people.
Each day you will acquire and/or refine skills and strength, making you more effective in your daily lives. The short-term results bring you more energy, stamina, focus, and balance.
