Mr. Michael Neria

Michael Neria is the Founder and Executive Director of the Stay Spicy Foundation, a Ferndale-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities throughout Whatcom County. With a background in business development, real estate, and community leadership, Michael is passionate about bringing people together to create lasting local impact. His vision is to connect businesses, skilled trades professionals, educators, and community members to provide scholarships, mentorship, workforce development, and support for small businesses. Michael believes that success is most meaningful when it is used to create opportunities for others and strengthen the community we all call home.
