We will take a short walking tour of properties in the downtown corridor that will be open and ready to showcase for those interested parties.  We will also have information an many of the other available properties so that you don't have to go looking to find what's available.

LOCATION:We still start the tour at Ferndale Chamber offices in Pioneer Pavilion\, 2007 Cherry Street (next to the Boys & Girls Club)\, where you will be provided with wine and snacks. There will be information available there on many of the properties available in Ferndale and from there we will take a short walking tour through some downtown properties as well. Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing. We will go\, rain or shine.
