Flow for a Cause - September

Flow for a cause with Firmana Yoga! On Saturday, September 12, Firmana Yoga is hosting three special classes benefiting the Ferndale Food Bank:Gentle Hatha at 8:00 AM , Hatha at 9:30 AM and Gentle Hatha at 11:00 AM.
Choose the $10 fundraiser rate and bring a few nonperishable food items, or register at the regular class rate. All proceeds and food donations will go directly to the Ferndale Food Bank! Stretch, breathe, and support our neighbors.
