The Whatcom County Unit of the Automotive Service Association will be holding their 43rd annual Lights On Inspection on Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. In conjunction with October being National Car Care Month and just in time for driving in the dark, the Whatcom/Skagit Unit of ASA members along with students from the automotive classes at the Bellingham Technical School, will be offering a complimentary vehicle exterior light inspection and replacement of all ‘non-exotic’ bulbs such as LED or HID, though we will install those for you if you bring your own bulb. You can find us in the southwest parking lot at the Bellingham High School at 2020 Cornwall Avenue. The bulbs will be donated by Bellingham NAPA Auto Parts . Please note we will not be making any repairs if there is a wiring or electrical issue, nor replace bulbs that are time intensive or take special tools. Each vehicles’ driver will be given a packet made up of a litter bag for your vehicle, a folder for your vehicles’ important papers, a couple flyers and a list of all the local ASA shops. Stop on by and let us make sure you can see and be seen in the dark winter nights
