Slap Bass 101

Free workshop led by local bass and guitar instructor, Larry Barnard, exploring Slap Bass in the styles of Victor Wooten and Les Claypool. Learn about the history of the upright and electric bass, connect with other local musicians, and discover valuable techniques for performing slap bass. No registration required. All ages and skill levels welcome. Please bring an electric bass to use during the workshop (amps available in store). Don't own a bass? No worries! You are welcome to borrow one in our store for the event.
